Full-spectrum Doula Services
Support for mothers before, during, and shortly after childbirth
Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support for mother and family regarding birth planning. As your doula, I am of service to advocate for a mother's needs and ensure that she is educated and comfortable during her delivery. I also provide post-partum belly binding services, breastfeeding support, and placenta encapsulation for an additional fee.
Naturopathic Dermatology
Skin consultation followed by individualized treatment/procedures
Holistic-based dermatology which takes into account the whole person while providing therapies that are minimally invasive and with products that are natural and sustainable.

Hydrotherapy
Healing through water
These are hands-on body treatments that leave patients feeling relaxed and renewed. Each treatment includes a customized herbal blend and/or aromatherapy.
Choices of therapy include:
- Therapeutic bath (hot, cold, or neutral)

- Herbal foot bath
